6 ouncesBaby Spring Mix; Organic Girl is always good!
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup cooked ready to eat edamame
1/2 cup Feta cheese
1/2 White onion; Sliced in small strings
3/4 cup Miso Ginger Dressing; See recipe

Steps:

  • Combiine all ingredients in a large bowl or tupperware container with a lid. Toss until everything is well coated with the dressing.
