Meatloaf image

Another great fix for under $10 to feed a family of 5 of more. We usually make baked potatoes to go along with ours.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 lb ground beef
2 medium eggs
2 c saltine cracker crumbs
2 tsp garlic salt
1 dash(es) worcestershire sauce
1/2 c ketchup

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350
  • 2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
  • 3. In a large baking dish mold in to a loaf and cook for an hour to an hour and a half.
