Ok, I found this, an old newspaper clipping, in an old recipe box, given to me by a friend. I have not tried it yet, but it does sound interesting especially with the horseradish.

Steps:
- In large bowl, combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, pepper, horseradish, salt, milk, catsup and mustard.
- Stir in eggs and mix well.
- Place into a loaf pan.
- Top with catsup, spreading evenly.
- Bake at 400°F for about 45 minutes.
- Cool slightly before cutting.
