I'm not a big fan of sweet potato fries, but these were actually pretty good. I'd definitely make them again.

I've tried many sweet potato fry recipes, but this one is by far the best. The fries are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Plus, the Memphis sauce is amazing!
