1 tablespoon butter
1 cup onion (sliced)
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
salt and pepper
4 lean pork chops

Steps:

  • In heavy 12 inch skillet cook butter,onion and peppers about 5 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes, corn and marjoram and cook on high 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a bowl and keep warm.
  • In same skillet brown chops.
  • Turn down heat.
  • Return veg.
  • mix, cover and cook on low for 15 minutes.
