4 pita bread (6 inches in diameter)
6 ounces thinly sliced cooked turkeys
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (3 ounces)
creamy salsa
CREAMY SALSA
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon salsa
1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Steps:

  • Spread guacamole over pita breads. Top with turkey, lettuce, tomato and cheese. Top with Creamy Salsa.
