Chocolate Texas Brownies yummy!I used to make these with my daughter when she was younger because we used the microwave to bake them. They are really tasty. It was a lot of fun when she would help me bake. Miss those days.

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl combine flour and sugar.In a microwave dish combine butter,shortening,coffee,(or water) and cocoa.
- 2. microwave on high for 2 minutes or until boiling. Pour the mixture over the flour mixture.stir and blend together.
- 3. add butter,milk,eggs,baking soda,and vanilla. Mix well
- 4. pour in to microwavable 9x11 dish
- 5. microwave at medium power for 18-20 minutes.Turn dish every 4-5 minutes until brownies test done.They may seem soft on the surface. It does not mean they are not cooked.
- 6. make frosting in microwavable dish. combine butter,cocoa and milk. microwave on high for 2 minutes and stir once while cooking.Take out. add sugar and vanilla blend well. pour warm frosting over warm brownies.cool and cut in to bars.
