- Warm milk and cream in medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and combined. Continue to warm until mixture is thick, about 5 min. Whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Can be refrigerated up to 1 week. Reward in heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
