Million Dollar Fudge image

My aunt gave me this recipe several years ago & now it is the only fudge I make, my family , friends & neighbors all love it! Hope everyone that makes it loves it like we do!!!

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 c sugar
1 can(s) evaporated milk (milnot)
2 stick margarine
2 8 oz. milk chocolate hershey bars
2 c pecans, in pieces

Steps:

  • 1. Mix sugar, margarine, milk in large skillet.
  • 2. Bring to boil over medium heat. Boil for 16 min. (important to cook on medium heat). Remove from heat.
  • 3. Add Hershey bars & stir until dissolved & mixed well, add nuts. Pour into lightly buttered pan. I use pam spray. This is good while still warm & after its cooled!!!

This fudge was a bit too sweet for my taste, but other than that, it was pretty good. The texture was creamy and smooth, and the flavor was rich and chocolatey. I think I would have liked it more if it had been a little less sweet. 4 stars!
