Sometimes our meals are purely nothing but comfort foods. I saw a similar recipe and decided to try a few things different and served these mini meatloaves with a side dish of mashed potatoes!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 12 count muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, steak sauce, uncooked quick cooking oats, beef and salt.
- 2. Divide mixture into twelve equal portions. Insert one cheese cube into center of meat and roll in hands to form the meat around the cheese into a ball. Place into muffin tin and continue with remaining meat and cheese.
- 3. In a separate small bowl, combine the ketchup and brown sugar. Stir thoroughly and spread over each mini meatloaf.
- 4. Bake uncovered on center oven rack for 25 minutes.
