I was really excited to try these mini cheesecakes, but they were a huge letdown. The crust was too thick and the filling was too sweet. I won't be making these again.

These mini cheesecakes were a disappointment. The crust was soggy and the filling was bland.

I was a bit skeptical about making these mini cheesecakes because I'm not a very experienced baker. But they turned out so well! They were creamy and delicious, and the vanilla wafers added a nice touch.
