This is a recipe of Ma's that sounds so good, but I don't know what Rockwood Chocolate Mints are. So I would use andees mints instead.

Steps:
- 1. Sift together flour soda and salt. Cream butter, gradually and both sugars. Cream well and add in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients in gradually, mix well. Chill at least 2 hours. Enclose a piece of mint in rounded teaspoon of dough. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Top with a walnut half if desired. Bake at 375 degrees 9-12 min.
