Mixed-Apple Salad Over Greens image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
2 cups chopped red apples
1/4 cup crmubled blue cheese
2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained, crumbled
4 cups torn mixed salad lettuce greens
1 package Keebler® Club® Original cracker

Steps:

  • 1. In small bowl whisk together lemon juice, honey, oil and pepper.2. In medium bowl toss together apples, cheese and bacon. Drizzle with lemon mixture. Toss to coat. Arrange greens on 4 serving plates. Spoon apple mixture on top. Serve with crackers.
