Morning Breakfast Casserole image

My family loves morning casseroles. I love them because all the work is done the night before. This really comes in handy on those mornings when you have overnight company and want something really yummy, but don't especially want to make the large mess in the kitchen.

I'm not a big fan of eggs, but I loved this casserole. The bread and cheese masked the egg flavor perfectly.

I followed the recipe but my casserole didn't turn out as fluffy as I expected. Maybe I didn't mix the ingredients properly.

This casserole was a little bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

I made a few substitutions (used gluten-free bread and dairy-free cheese) and it still turned out great! This recipe is a keeper.
