Morning Mocha Protein Shake image

Rev up your breakfast or preworkout snack with this chocolate-java shake.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (6 tablespoons)
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee powder or granules, steeped in 1/4 cup hot water
1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal

Steps:

  • In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Pour into glass. Serve immediately.
