1/2 cup dried currants or raisins
1/4 cup dry Sherry
Butter
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned, patted dry
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

This Moroccan chicken recipe is a keeper! The chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce was incredibly flavorful. I served it over couscous and it was a hit with my family.
