Steps:
- Mix together chocolate cake mix and butter. Spread onto a greased 15 x 20" pan. Bake 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Spread coconut mixture over cooled cake. Spoon chocolate topping over coconut layer. Refrigerate.
