1 3/4 c all-purpose flour
3/4 c confectioners' sugar
1/3 c baking cocoa
3/4 c cold butter
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1 c coarsely chopped toasted pecans
1/2 c coconut
1/3 c English toffee or smashed up Health Bars

Steps:

  • 1. In a food processor combine the flour, sugar and cocoa. Add the butter and process just until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • 2. Press firmly into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
  • 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • 4. While crust is baking, combine condensed milk, vanilla and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a medium saucepan.
  • 5. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth. Remove crust from oven and pour chocolate mixture over crust.
  • 6. Sprinkle with coconut, nuts, toffee bits, and remaining chocolate chips.
  • 7. Press down firmly.
  • 8. Return to oven and bake for another 18-20 minutes.
