I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but I loved this casserole! The asparagus and cheese were the perfect complement to the mushrooms.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover asparagus. I had a bunch of asparagus that was about to go bad, so I made this casserole and it was delicious!

This casserole was way too cheesy for me. I could barely taste the mushrooms or asparagus.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had added some more herbs or spices.
