MY MOM'S BANANA BREAD
This recipe has been in my family for as long as I can remember. My mother, who is watching me from heaven, made this frequently when I was growing up. It is simple and very moist.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray.
- 2. Mash bananas well (I use my potato masher)add sugar and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine well.
- 3. Divide mixture evenly between loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour until done when tested with toothpick.
