2 large tomatoes
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 tbsp parmesan

I'm not a vegetarian, but I thought these stuffed tomatoes were delicious. The ricotta filling was creamy and flavorful, and the tomatoes were perfectly roasted.

These tomatoes were a bit too tart for my taste. I think I'll use sweeter tomatoes next time.

The ricotta filling was too runny. I had to add more bread crumbs to thicken it up.

I followed the recipe exactly and the tomatoes turned out bland. I think I needed to add more salt and pepper.
