one whole nectarine or peach;cut up
1/2 cup of blueberries; frozen or refrigerated
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of whipped cream

Steps:

  • put in the nectarines then add the blueberries,whipped cream and the milk. blend on high for one minute. pour into a glass add whipped cream on top; ENJOY!!!!
