this new meatloaf recipe i created,it's a new orleans version of philly's cheesesteak on meatloaf,it great with mashed potatoes,mac and cheese and green bean casserole,and even perfect on sandwiches?

Steps:
- 1. Heat a olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Add diced red bell peppers,sliced green chiles and chopped vidalia onion,saute for 5 minutes until tender.Season with 1 teaspoon creole seasoning and set aside.
- 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 3. In a large bowl,combine ground sirloin,egg whites,bread crumbs,steak sauce,garlic powder,remaining creole seasoning,sauteed pepper mixture and cubed sharp cheddar cheese;mix together.
- 4. Spoon into a loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until no longer pink.
- 5. For Creole Cheese Sauce:in a medium saucepan,heat margarine and flour over medium heat,whisk together for 3 minutes.Add milk,creole mustard,american and parmesan cheese and hot pepper sauce,whisk again for 5 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- 6. Place the meatloaf on a large platter.Drizzle with the sauce.Cut in 1-inch wide slice.
