Amazing oatmeal, chocolate chip, no-butter tahini cookies. I prefer them baked but you can serve these unbaked as well.

Overall, I thought these cookies were good. They were a bit too sweet for my taste, but I liked the texture and the nutty flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly and the cookies came out burnt. I'm not sure what went wrong.

These cookies were a bit too dry for my taste. I think I'll try adding some extra honey next time.

I'm not a huge fan of tahini, but these cookies were surprisingly good. The sweetness of the honey balanced out the bitterness of the tahini perfectly.
