No-Salt Whole-Wheat Bread image

I am on a salt-free diet now and have been baking bread at home for some time. I use a Beko bread machine for kneading the dough, and oven-bake it later. I tried out several combinations. This is my favourite.

This recipe is a bit too complicated for me. I prefer simpler bread recipes.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my bread didn't turn out as well as I hoped. It was a bit dense and dry.

This bread is a bit bland for my taste. I think it would be better with a little bit of salt added.

I've tried a lot of different no-salt bread recipes, but this one is by far the best. It's easy to make, and it comes out perfect every time. I love the slightly nutty flavor of the whole wheat flour.
