Norma's Peanut Brittle image

I have made this for years and family and friends love it and it is so easy to make. My daughter use to live on a farm and her landlord always got peanut brittle at the farmers market. My daughter told him about mine so I made him a batch. Well, needless to say he likes mine better. It's so yummy!

This peanut brittle is really expensive to make. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I had some trouble getting the peanut brittle to set. I think I might have cooked it for too long.

This peanut brittle is a bit too sweet for my taste. I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.
