OAT BRAN MUFFINS (GLUTEN-FREE) image

Number Of Ingredients 15

1 cup oat bran
1 1/2 cup oats
1 cup gluten-free flour
1/3 cup unrefined sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix dry ingredients in bowl Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl Combine wet and dry ingredients into single bowl Pour into 12 muffin tins Bake 20-24 minutes
