Oatmeal Cookies With Rum-Soaked Raisins image

If you like rum, give these a try. I was looking for an oatmeal cookie with rum and although I would only give it four stars if I was rating it, the rum flavor is nice for a change in an oatmeal cookie. I found it on by internet by Chef June.

I found that the cookies were a bit dry. I think I'll add an extra egg next time to make them more moist.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but other than that they were delicious. I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time I make them.

These cookies were a bit too crumbly for my taste. I think I'll chill the dough for longer next time to make it less sticky.
