Steps:
- 1. Cream sugar and shortening. Beat eggs with milk in seperate bowl, then add to creamed mixture and mix well. Mix dry ingredients in seperate bowl. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add oats and mix well. Add craisins and nuts and mix again. Drop by spoonfuls onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
