Oatmeal Thins image

My aunt sends these cookies every Christmas and they are quickly devoured! They have a nice, buttery, cinnamon, oatmeal taste, and taste really good frozen (mmm...my favorite!). Sometimes these end up crispier and sometimes they're softer, but anyway they come out they're delicious!

These were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of honey next time.

I'm not usually a fan of oatmeal, but these thins were surprisingly good. I'll definitely be making them again.

I had high hopes for these but they were just okay. They weren't as flavorful as I thought they would be.
