yes this is true you can cook a whole turkey in an hour. you wont be able to crave it up. the turkey will just fall of the bone and it is so moist.

13-16 lb turkey
3-5 c water
to taste season

Steps:

  • 1. put whole turkey in to pressure cooker
  • 2. add water to cover bottom of pot
  • 3. add the seasoning you want
  • 4. cook at 11 lbs for 1 hour
