ORANGE GELATIN SALAD
I like anything with mandarin oranges and this salad is light and refreshing for spring and summer potlucks. ENJOY!

Steps:
- 1. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Let cool until starting to congeal. Beat together whipped topping and cream cheese; stir until smooth. When gelatin has slightly set, fold in oranges with juice. Fold in whipped topping mixture. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Very refreshing!!
