Orange Walnut Chicken image

This recipe seems difficult and time consuming but there is 3 hours of refrigeration 1 to 1-1/2 to cook. I make this for my husband nowadays, not usually made for company.

3 Tbsp orange juice, frozen concentrate
3 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
1 Tbsp soysauce
1 clove garlic, minced
4 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1/2 c walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
4 green onions, thinly sliced, divided
1/2 c orange marmalade
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c lemon juice
2 Tbsp honey
1-2 Tbsp orange peel, grated
2-3 tsp lemon peel, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
rice, cooked, hot
