Oriental Hamburger Casserole image

I have yet to try this, but based on the ingredients, I know I'm going to like it! (What can I say, I grew up with hot dishes and casseroles!) I think I'd actually top the dish with the chow mein noodles and then bake it. I like them better that way!

This casserole was a disaster. It was burnt on the bottom and the ingredients didn't blend well together.

I found this casserole to be too heavy and greasy. I wouldn't make it again.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. The only thing I would change next time is to add a little more spice.
