Steps:
- Mix brown sugar, maple syrup, and butter. Cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes, pour into 9x13 casserole. Lay apple slices on top of sugar mix. Top with loaf of french bread cut into slices/cubes. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Whisk well, pour over bread. COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes. Flip into another casserole dish to serve.
