I love this recipe i cook it atleast 1-2 times a week it is my favorite and everyone i cook them for loves them as well

Steps:
- 1. cut up red potatoes in to small chunks then put them on a cookie sheet
- 2. then sprinkle garlic powder,onion powder,oregano,thyme and basil on to potatoes
- 3. then melt butter then when melted them pour over potatoes and make sure all potatoes get covered then do the same with with the olive oil
- 4. Then put in the oven at 350 degrees and bake them till they are golden brown i would say between 30-45 min depending on how much potatoes you use and if you make a large amount you may need more butter and olive oil to be able to coat them all the way
