This dish was a bit too expensive for my taste. I think it would be better if it used less expensive ingredients. The salmon was also a bit too oily. I'll try it again with some modifications.

This dish was a bit too time-consuming for my taste. I think it would be better if it had fewer steps. The salmon was also a bit too fishy. I'll try it again with some modifications.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my salmon came out dry and overcooked. The relish was also a bit too sweet for my taste. I'll try it again with some modifications.

The salmon was a bit overcooked for my taste. I think it would have been better if I had cooked it for a few minutes less. The relish was good, but I think it would have been better with a bit more dill.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning. The salmon was also a bit dry. I'll try it again with some modifications.

I'm not a big fan of salmon, but this dish changed my mind. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the relish was so refreshing. I'll definitely be making this again.

I was skeptical about the cucumber relish, but it was surprisingly delicious. It added a light, refreshing crunch to the salmon. I'll definitely be making this dish again!

This salmon dish is a delight! The dill, Vidalia onion, and cucumber relish is a perfect complement to the flaky, tender salmon. The flavors meld together beautifully, creating a dish that is both elegant and comforting.
