I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my pain perdu turned out really bad. It was dry and tasteless.

This recipe is just okay. It's not bad, but it's not great either.

I've tried this recipe several times and I can never get it right. The bread always ends up too soggy.

I was a little disappointed with this recipe. The pain perdu was too dry and the flavors were bland.

I'm not a big fan of bread pudding, but I really enjoyed this pain perdu. It was light and fluffy, and the flavors were just right.

This pain perdu recipe is a keeper! The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I loved the addition of the cinnamon and sugar, which gave it a delicious sweetness. I will definitely be making this again!
