This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add my own twist to it. I usually add some chopped cilantro and a pinch of cayenne pepper to give it a little extra flavor.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted sunflower seeds for the almonds in this recipe. It turned out great!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my raita turned out lumpy. I think I might have over-blended it.

This raita is too sour for me. I would add less lemon juice next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my raita turned out too runny. I think I might have added too much water.

This recipe is a bit bland for my taste. I would add some more spices, like cumin and coriander, to give it more flavor.
