Pan-Toasted Garlic Bread image

This is from Country Recipes, by Land O Lakes. We use it often in summer or when we just don't want to use the oven. It's very very good, and easy. Can use margarine in place of butter.

This garlic bread is a bit too oily for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less butter.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover bread. I usually make it with French bread, but I've also used Italian bread and sourdough bread.

This recipe is a fail. The garlic bread was soggy and bland. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add a few extra ingredients to make it my own. I usually add some chopped fresh parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little extra flavor.

Not bad, but not great either. The garlic bread was a bit too dry for my liking, and the flavor was a bit bland. I think I would have liked it better if I had used more garlic and butter.

Easy and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and the garlic bread came out perfect. The only thing I would change next time is to use a little less butter, as it was a bit too oily for my taste.

This recipe is a keeper! The garlic bread turned out perfectly crispy and flavorful. I loved the addition of the Parmesan cheese, which gave it an extra cheesy and savory kick. Will definitely make this again.
