1/4 cup white onion, minced
1 1/4 cups papayas, ripe, peeled and Diced
3/4 cup red bell pepper, Diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, Chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and Minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes and stir.
  • Serve over steamed fish.
