Parmesan Ham Frittata image

This egg dish is true to my Italian heritage. Italians make frittatas with many combinations of ingredients. I'm a creative cook, so I came up with this simple recipe based on how I remember my grandma making this dish. Even at that, I'm not sure I make it the same each time. -T. This frittata was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had added some more herbs and spices. I also think it would have been better if I had used a different type of cheese, such as cheddar or Gruyère.

I've been making this frittata for years, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. It's so easy to make, and it's a great way to use up leftover ham. I also love that it's a one-pan meal, which makes cleanup a breeze. I highly recommend this recipe.

This frittata was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less oil. I also think it would have been better if I had cooked it for a shorter amount of time.

This frittata was a disaster! The eggs were runny, the ham was tough, and the Parmesan cheese was clumpy. I don't know what I did wrong, but I will definitely not be making this again.

This frittata was just okay. The ham was a bit too salty for my taste, and the eggs were a bit overcooked. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less ham and cooked the eggs for a shorter amount of time.
