Pauline's Church Breakfast Chili image

My friend Pauline, who sends me great recipes on a regular basis sent this one that was served at her chuch breakfast. I entered it in a chili cook-off and it was a winner! Start it the night before, cook the eggs and hashbrowns the next morning and you're off to the breakfast or brunch. even an early tailgate party

This chili is a great base recipe. I like to add my own personal touches, such as diced green peppers and corn.

I found this chili to be too tomato-y. I would have preferred a more balanced flavor.

I was disappointed with this chili. It was bland and lacked flavor. I won't be making it again.

This chili is a little spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I'll probably reduce the amount of chili powder next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chili turned out great. I will definitely be making this again.
