Pb and Honey Oatmeal image

I love oatmeal! I was tired of the same sweetner and started looking for something different. PB and honey! I love them together on a sandwich, why not in oatmeal?

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal (not instant)
1 3/4 cups water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons honey, to taste
2 packets Splenda sugar substitute
2 tablespoons peanut butter, to taste

Steps:

  • Boil water and salt.
  • Stir in oats.
  • Cook about 5 mins over medium heat, stir occasionally.
  • Add honey, Splenda, and Peanut Butter.
  • Stir to mix well and enjoy!
