This tastes almost like a pb and j sandwich! It's a great post-workout recovery drink, but satisfying enough to be dessert. You can use non-dairy milk if you prefer.

¾ cup milk, or more to taste
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter, or more to taste
