Peach and Prosciutto Canapes image

The name sounds fancy, but these are really easy to make. You can toast the bread ahead of time, mix the cheese ahead of time and just do the peach and prosciutto when serving. So you can enjoy your party and still serve a delicious, fresh-tasting appetizer.

These were a bit too salty for my taste.

I followed the recipe exactly and the canapes turned out great! The only thing I would change is to use a bit less salt next time.

These were a hit at my last party! I used a slightly different recipe, but the overall flavor was very similar. I would definitely make these again.
