Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press onto an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
- 2. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and extract until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Arrange the peaches on top. Refrigerate leftovers.
