I'm not a big fan of fruit on pizza, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The peaches added a nice sweetness to the pizza.

I was disappointed with this recipe. The crust was too thick and the peaches were too soft.

I loved the idea of this pizza, but the execution was a bit lacking. The crust was too dry and the peaches were undercooked.

I followed the recipe exactly and the pizza turned out great. The only thing I would change next time is to add a little more salt to the dough.

I've tried several peach pizza recipes, but this one is by far the best. The oat flour dough was surprisingly easy to work with and had a great flavor.
