Peach-Mango Daiquiris image

This recipe came from the June 2008 Southern Living Magazine. I liked it for the ease in making. Place everything in the mixer and go!

These daiquiris were easy to make and very refreshing. I used frozen peaches and mangoes, which made them extra slushy. I also added a little bit of rum extract to give them a little extra flavor. I will definitely be making these again!

I followed the recipe exactly and my daiquiris turned out great. They were a little on the sweet side for me, but that's easily remedied by adding a little more lime juice. Overall, I'm very happy with this recipe.
