Love, love, love this bright and beautiful french classic dessert. Especially during this time of year when peaches are in season. This is another one that is easy to serve up and looks so rich and decadent on your table for family and friends. They will be sure to savor every bite. 4 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream
2 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
12 - 16 small raspberries, fresh (optional)
4 Tbsp raspberry preserves, seedless (heated)
4 Tbsp fresh made cream or canned cream
2 Tbsp sliced almonds

Steps:

  • 1. Start with your amazing vanilla bean ice cream in the bowl. Slice your peach around the outside of the bowl. Add your heated raspberry sauce and then your fresh raspberries on top. Now top with cream and almonds. Time to enjoy one delicious dessert! YUMM
