Steps:
- In a food processor, thoroughly blend peanut butter, peanut oil, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Mix in garlic, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and ginger.
- Process until smooth.
- Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
